- Taco Rice Bowls
- Hy-Vee
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 c. uncooked Hy-Vee brown rice, prepared according to package directions
- 1 c. Hy-Vee frozen corn, thawed
- 1 c. Hy-Vee mild chunky salsa
- 1 tbsp Hy-Vee chili powder
All you do
- Brown ground beef and green bell pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and return to pan.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in prepared rice, corn, salsa and chili powder. Heat through.
