Taco Rice Bowls


  • Taco Rice Bowls
  • Hy-Vee

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 c. uncooked Hy-Vee brown rice, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee mild chunky salsa
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee chili powder

All you do

  1. Brown ground beef and green bell pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and return to pan.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in prepared rice, corn, salsa and chili powder. Heat through.
