On Paleo a snack doesn’t have to be complicated. Grabbing some organic mini carrots, mashing up some avocados for a quick guacamole, or just biting into some nice fresh asparagus. You can also eat any nuts or seeds to hold you over until your next meal. Try a handful of almonds or cashews, or pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
The longer you stay on Paleo the better you’ll get at finding out when you’re more susceptible to between meal cravings, and which foods really bail you out as a snack. It might be that smoothies become your savior, or you figure out how to structure your meals so that you don’t get hungry between meals and snacks become a non issue.
