Spiced Edamame

Spiced Edamame
Serves: 8 servings
Jane's Adventures in Dinner
 
Ingredients
  • 4 cups frozen edamame
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 Thai chili
  • 2 T soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Boil edamame in salted water for 4 minutes. Cool completely off in iced water.
  2. Heat oil and add garlic cloves and chilii. Toast garlic and add the edamame. Stirfry until peas just pop (about 2 minutes)-place in a pretty bowl and dress with soy sauce.
