It's so easy to get into a rut at mealtimes. I usually ask my daughter what she wants for dinner, and often she cycles through the same few dishes she enjoys. But this week, I asked her to come up with something new. Her initial response was, "Why?" But then she thought about it a bit and realized that perhaps there is more to life than pizza and chicken.
