New England Style Stuffed Peppers


1 can (28 oz.) B&M Baked Beans, any flavor
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
4 medium-sized green peppers

Directions
In a bowl, mix together baked beans, cheese, ketchup, onion and mustard. Cut a thin slice from the stem end of each pepper. Remove all the seeds and membranes. Wash inside and outside. Lightly stuff each pepper with bean mixture and place on double thickness heavy duty aluminum foil. Wrap securely. Cook on grill over medium-hot coals, 20 to 25 minutes, turning once. 

Makes 4 servings.
