CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH STUFFING
A creamy chicken casserole topped with a delicious stuffing crust and cheddar cheese.
INGREDIENTS
1 box Orzo pasta
3.5 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized strips
1 package frozen broccoli
1 large can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 box stuffing mix, prepared
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare Orzo pasta as directed on package.
2. Mixed cooked orzo, chicken, cream of mushroom, 1 cup of cheese, and broccoli in a large baking dish.
3. Top mixture with prepared stuffing mix. Spread evenly.
4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup remaining cheese over top.
5. Bake in an oven at 365 degrees for 30 minutes.
