Slow Cooker Creamy Peach Mango Rice Pudding

Campbell's Slow Cooker Creamy Peach Mango Rice Pudding Recipe

What You'll Need

Vegetable cooking spray 
cups V8 V-Fusion® Peach Mango Juice 
1/2 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice 
1/2 cup dried cranberries or golden raisins 
1 1/2 cups heavy cream 
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

How to Make It

  • 1
    Spray the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with the cooking spray. Stir the juice, rice and cranberries in the cooker.

    Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until the rice is tender, stirring once during cooking.

    Stir the cream into the cooker. Pour the rice mixture into a 2-quart serving bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the cinnamon before serving. Serve warm or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
