POT ROAST (CROCKPOT OR OVEN)
This delicious pot roast make its own gravy as it cooks...
INGREDIENTS
Pot Roast, 3-5 lbs
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream mushroom soup
Onions, peeled and quartered
Potatoes, peeled and quartered
Carrots, peeled and sliced
Water
DIRECTIONS
1. Place small amout of water on bottom of roasting pan. Place pot roast in pan; sprinkle oninon soup on top of meat. Place vegetables around meat in pan. Cover all with cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1 soup can of water. Cover roasting pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours, or until meat is tender.
