Giada's seafood pasta doesn't need a heavy sauce to lay on the flavor. Instead, weaving spaghetti with peppery arugula, sun-dried tomatoes and shallots, not to mention clams and tender shrimp, and cooking it with Pinot Grigio makes for one quick, easy and elegant dish.
