Muddle Your Melon
King Carlos CaipirinhaHow easy is it to get juice out of a watermelon? It's so simple that it almost takes care of itself. The ideal tool is a muddler and all you need to do is toss a few melon pieces into a glass and press until the sweet juice comes out. If you don't have a muddler, try any kitchen tool with a blunt end, even a spoon will work at the right angle. This King Carlos Caipirinha is great practice and the watermelon-cachaca pairing is a great one. Get the recipe...

New Bols Watermelon Liqueur
Watermelon CosmopolitanEuropeans have been enjoying Bols Watermelon Liqueur for the last couple of years and this summer the sweet, pink spirit has been released to the U.S. market. As with all Bols Liqueurs, this has a beautiful, bright color and the sweet taste of watermelon that can be added to many cocktails. If you can find this new release, you may want to try it in this very simple Watermelon Cosmo. Get the recipe...

They are a fun lot to explore and include a few twists that you may not expect like the housemade Swedish Punsch Jacob Grier uses in thisGallagher Cocktail to add another dimension of interest. Take time to explore the recipes and mix up a few for friends on these last days of summer. Explore the collection...
