Chocolate Cake [made with mayonnaise]

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 teas. salt
1 1/2 teas. baking powder
1 1/2 teas. soda
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water
1 1/2 teas. vanilla

Sift dry ingrdients. Mix in mayonnaise, then water, and beat well. When cool frost with your favorite chocolate icing.
