Buttermilk Pie

Overview:

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 50 minutes

Yield: One 9" pie

Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 cups of sugar
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup baking mix, such as Bisquick®
• 
  

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a 9 inch pie plate and bake in center of oven for 45-50 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
