Crab Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 can (7 to 8 ounces) crab meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, (98% reduced fat)
- 1/2 cup seasoned stuffing crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- Cajun seasoning, to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
