BISQUICK SAUSAGE POTATO CHEESE BALLS

Bisquick sausage balls

Who would guess that Bisquick belongs in cheese balls? This recipe makes it clear that Bisquick is perfectly at home in these tasty little treats.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated cheddar-jack cheese
  • 1 pound sausage (any flavor)
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 cup store-bought shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2-1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Pat shredded potatoes to remove excess moisture.
  3. Combine all ingredients.
  4. Form mixture into balls.
  5. Bake on parchment paper for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
