Happy New Year's! Here are several desserts made with liquors and liqueurs. Adding liquor to a dessert usually makes it moister and certainly tastier. For those of you who prefer not to use alcohol in your desserts, usually you can substitute fruit juices or sodas for it.
Limoncello Cake with Marscarpone Frosting
Lemon-lovers rejoice! This is one of the best lemon cakes I have ever had. There's lemon and limoncello in the cake. The creamy frosting is made with lemon curd and mascarpone cheese with whipped cream.

Boozy Brownies
My next door neighbor is not a drinker, but she requests these brownies for her birthday each year. There are two different alcohols in this recipe for Boozy Brownies.

Limoncello Almond Bundt Cake
Here's a decadent dessert made with layers of chocolate and vanilla cake along with a buttery filling and topped with Kirsch-flavored whipped cream.

Black Russian Cake
Just like the cocktail, this Black Russian Cake is made with vodka and Kahlua. Of course, the best part to me anyway is the chocolate fudge frosting.
