Desserts/Baking

From Carroll Pellegrinelli, your Guide to Desserts/Baking
Here are a few of the desserts and treats I'd take when visiting out-of-town relatives at Christmas.

Bacardi Rum Cake

My cake container is very tall. I'd prefer to travel with this cake in a tin that I just bought for 70 percent-off at Joann's.
