Ingredients
1 kg carrots, grated
1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milkor 397 g
1 cup sugar or 200 g
1 cup water or 250 ml
1 tablespoon blossom water
2 tablespoons rose water
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
2½ cups liquid cream or 625 ml, chilled
1 tin NESTLÉ® Cream or 170 g
½ cup pistachio nuts or 75 g, crushed
Preparation
Combine carrots, NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk , sugar and water in a casserole and mix well.
Bring ingredients almost to a boil and simmer on low heat until all liquid is absorbed and the mixture is caramelized. Add the blossom water, rose water and vanilla powder. Mix well remove and allow cooling.
Whip the liquid whipping cream andNESTLÉ® Cream until thick and creamy.
Scoop some cream in individual cups, spoon some carrot mixture over then cover with cream. Garnish with pistachios.
Serve chilled.
