Baked Tortellini with Three Sauces

If you want a make ahead casserole perfect for entertaining, this is it. This recipe uses pasta sauce, Alfredo sauce, and pesto to make a decadent and delicious, special dish. To make it ahead of time, assemble it, then cover and chill until you're ready to pop it into the oven. Add another 10 to 15 minutes of baking time, until it's hot, bubbly, and perfectly wonderful.
