Reception Salad
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 can crushed pineapple [# 2 can]
2 small pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can pimiento
1 bunch celery
2/3 cup nuts
For liquid, heat juice from can of pineapple, and pour on lemon jello. Cool. Soften cheese with pimiento [cut]. Dice celery and nuts, add to above. Pour in ring mold, and chill.
Fill center of mold with any fresh fruit; bananas and grapes, or strawberries and fresh pineapple, make good combinations.
A nice tart salad dressing is good served with this salad.
