Strawberry Pie


Strawberry Pie

1 baked pie shell
cream cheese
1 quart strawberries
1 cup whipped cream for topping
1 cup sugar
2 T. cornstarch
dash of lemon juice

Coat bottom of pie shell with cream cheese. Place half the berries on top of cheese. Cook remaining berries with sugar and cornstarch about ten minutes. Add lemon juice. Cool and pour on top. Chill and put whipped cream on top when ready to serve.
