Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie1 baked pie shellcream cheese1 quart strawberries1 cup whipped cream for topping1 cup sugar2 T. cornstarchdash of lemon juice
Coat bottom of pie shell with cream cheese. Place half the berries on top of cheese. Cook remaining berries with sugar and cornstarch about ten minutes. Add lemon juice. Cool and pour on top. Chill and put whipped cream on top when ready to serve.
