Cucumber and Crab Canapes
Tempting, cool and crisp morsels that are packed with flavor and easy to prepare for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 (6 ounces) cans crabmeat, drained
paprika for garnish

Directions
Carefully hollow out a shallow well in each cucumber slice, leaving the bottoms intact.
Combine parsley, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and pepper. Add crabmeat and mix thoroughly. Fill each cucumber slice with crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
Yield: 1 dozen
