Giving gift breads during the Christmas season has always been a popular custom in my family circle. Christmas cranberry bread is an easy recipe that
tastes fantastic and is a beautiful, inexpensive gift
to give the host of any Christmas party you’ll be attending this year.

Prep Time: 8 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour

Total Time: 1 hour, 8 minutes

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Grease 8 X 4-inch loaf pan.
  2. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt. Add orange juice and egg and stir until flour is wet. Fold in chopped cranberries and walnuts.
