3 eggs
1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk
Mix eggs with mixer on low speed. Blend in flour, salt and milk. Pour into a well buttered 8 inch iron skillet. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with melted butter, confectioners' sugar, maple syrup and lemon juice to taste. Serve immediately.
