Tea and Coffe Recipes

IRISH COFFEE  
1 cup hot freshly brewed strong black coffee
2 oz. Irish whiskey
1 heaping tablespoon whipped cream
honey or sugar, to taste
Heat a large goblet until warm. With a large spoon against the glass of the goblet, add hot coffee. Add whiskey, then sweeten to taste. Top with whipped cream and serve.

HOT ALMOND TEA 
2 c. water
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. almond flavoring
2 tbsp. instant tea
Boil water and sugar 2 minutes and cool. Add lemon juice, vanilla and almond flavoring and instant tea. Store in refrigerator. To drink, use 1 cup mix to 4 cups hot water.
