Jane's Adventures in Dinner Recipes

 Heart Healthy
Serves: 1½ cups
 
Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 sprig (1 T) fresh rosemary
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • salt to taste (I start with ¼ tsp and use it as an excuse to taste several times)
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in the food processor and whip. With the motor running drizzle in the olive oil until thickened. Taste for seasoning and enjoy.
