Maple Fudge


Maple Fudge

The flavors of maple and white chocolate make an irresistible combination. This fudge is an autumn favorite!
Maple fudge
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 5-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 12-ounce package white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons maple extract
Directions
  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with wax paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.
  3. Heat on medium while stirring constantly.
  4. Bring to a full boil, and continue stirring for about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and stir in the marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and maple extract.
  6. When the chips are melted, pour the mix into the baking pan.
  7. Allow the fudge to cool completely before cutting.
