Strawberry Gelatin Dessert
Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 (3oz) pkg. Jell-O strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
4 cups miniature Essential Everyday marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 (8oz) Cool Whip whipped topping
Combine cracker crumbs, 1 tbsp sugar and butter. Press into a greased 9 inch square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Combine strawberries and remaining sugar; let stand for 20 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain berries, reserving juice; add enough water to juice to measure 1 cup. Stir berries and juice mixture into gelatin. Refrigerate until partially set. Combine marshmallows and milk in sauce pan. Cook and stir over low heat until blended and smooth. Cool 15 minutes. Fold in whipped topping, then gelatin mixture. Pour into prepare crust. Refrigerate until firm
