Thai Ginger Marinade
The exotic flavors of this marinade really come to life on grilled chicken and seafood. Be sure to make an extra batch to serve as a dipping sauce.

- 1/2 cup Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Place your favorit e meat or poultry in marinade and turn until well coated. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove meat or poultry from refrigerator, reserving marinade. Grill or broil to desired doneness, basting frequently for first 5 to 10 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade.
Here's a tip: Substitute 2 tsp of fresh ginger with 1/2 tsp of ground ginger. Use freshly squeezed lemon juice, it makes a difference.
