Cottage Cheese Crab Salad


Ingredients:
1/2 cup Daisy 2% cottage cheese 
1/4 cup Daisy sosur cream 
1tsp Dijon mustard 
1/8 tsp garlic powder 
1/8 tsp pepper 
1 pkg (9oz) imitation crabmeat, shopped 
1/4 cup celery, chopped 
1/4 cup green onions, chopped 
Lettuce leaves
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder and pepper. Stir in crab, celery and onions. Serve on lettuce-lined plated with tomato wedges.
