I get a little 'cheffy' and make these delectable oysters gratin. Poached in wine and on a bed of buttery leeks, from one of my favourite Cape Town chefs, Franck Dangereux. Plus, I'm off to the Knysna Oyster Festival and I'm giving away tickets.
