A classic sauce for fried or baked seafood. Can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons Lea & Perrins® The Original Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tablespoon Heinz® Sweet Relish
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon olives, chopped
• 1 tablespoon onion, minced
• 1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
