Coffee Egg-Nog
3 Eggs
1/2 c. Sugar
3 c. Very Strong Coffee (Cold)
2 c. Milk
1 c. Heavy Cream
Beat egg yolks & 2 egg whites with the sugar. Add milk, heavy cream, & coffee. Refrigerate until cold. Beat remaining egg white until stiff & drop a spoonful on top for garnish.
