Spiced Edamame
Serves: 8 servings

Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen edamame
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 T olive oil
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 Thai chili
- 2 T soy sauce
Instructions
- Boil edamame in salted water for 4 minutes. Cool completely off in iced water.
- Heat oil and add garlic cloves and chilii. Toast garlic and add the edamame. Stirfry until peas just pop (about 2 minutes)-place in a pretty bowl and dress with soy sauce.
