Pumpkin French Toast with Spiced Cider Syrup
This pumpkin French toast makes a fabulous fall breakfast. The French toast is perfectly spiced, with just enough pumpkin to make it moist and flavorful. I used cinnamon swirl bread in this recipe, but raisin bread, challah, or a rich brioche bread would be excellent choices as well. Or make it with a plain white or wheat bread.

Andouille sausages are baked in a simple seasoned popover batter to make this Cajun version of the classic British dish. Serve this delicious dish as part of a breakfast or brunch, or serve with onion gravy or a plain brown gravy (homemade or purchased) for a more classic version.
