Two Easy Spanish Apple Tarts
Friday October 11, 2013
Autumn is the time for fresh apples. Apple orchards in the north of Spain are full of crunchy, juicy apples, which are used to make apple tarts. You can spend less than an hour and preparing either of these delicious Spanish apple desserts. One uses puff pastry crust and is topped with apricot preserves glaze. The other uses sliced apples mixed with half-and-half and egg for a creamy filling.
