Luscious Low-carb Meatballs

Luscious Low-carb Meatballs
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork (or favorite Italian sausage)
  • 1 cup crushed Better Made original pork rinds
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 sprig parsley, chopped
  • 1 glove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
In a large bowl combine meats, pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, milk, and eggs mix thoroughly. Form small balls and brown in oiled skillet.
