Luscious Low-carb Meatballs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork (or favorite Italian sausage)
- 1 cup crushed Better Made original pork rinds
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 sprig parsley, chopped
- 1 glove garlic, minced
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
In a large bowl combine meats, pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, milk, and eggs mix thoroughly. Form small balls and brown in oiled skillet.
