Orange blossom bellinis

- 2 cups (500ml) white peach nectar
- 1 tbs orange blossom water
- 2 x 750ml btls chilled sparkling wine
- Method
- Step 1Combine the peach nectar and orange blossom water in a jug. Pour evenly among serving glasses. Top with sparkling wine and serve immediately.Notebook: - December 2008 , Page 177
