Italian Raspberry Cocktail


Italian Raspberry Cocktail Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Campari
  • 6 tablespoons Raspberry Simple Syrup [see below]
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice 
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice 
  • 2/3 cup cold club soda
  • Raspberries 
  • Small cucumber slices

Preparation

  1. Combine Campari, syrup, and lemon and orange juices in a small pitcher. Divide between 2 small ice-filled glasses. Add 1/3 cup club soda to each and stir. Garnish glasses with raspberries and cucumber slices.
