Use this garlic butter to make garlic bread, or use on seafood, fish, or vegetables. I spread it on crusty bread, wrap in foil, and heat until warm and butter has melted.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
Preparation:
Beat 1/2 cup butter; blend in garlic. Spread on bread for garlic bread or use on seafood, fish, or vegetables.
