Whipped Root Vegetables and Stuffing

Seasonal produce allows side dishes to play a big role, too. Autumn-harvest pears and cranberries contribute sweet and tart sensations in our Wild-Rice Stuffing. A colorful puree of root vegetables — parsnips, carrots, and sweet potatoes — takes its rightful place alongside whipped russet potatoes.
