RITZ CRACKER CHICKEN

RITZ CRACKER CHICKEN 
1 whole cooked chicken or 1 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and chopped

In bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
25 crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, chopped

Line casserole dish bottom with chicken. Mix soup and sour cream then pour on chicken. Crush Ritz crackers on chicken mixture. Butter chopped on top. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
