- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1-1/4 teaspoons dry ranch buttermilk salad dressing mix
- 1/4 teaspoon ground dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 9 small ripe olives, halved
- 3 slices (3/4 ounce each) fat-free sharp cheddar cheese product
- 12 cups popped JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop 94% Fat Free Microwave Pop Corn

Here's How:
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, ranch dressing mix, ground mustard, pepper and salt; mix well. Add carrots, onion, green pepper and olives. Slice cheese into thick strips, add to vegetable mixture; mix well (may be covered and refrigerated overnight, if desired). Just before serving, place popped popcorn in a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels. Add sour cream and vegetable mixture, gently stir until well mixed. Serve immediately.
