Raspberry Cream Dip
Ingredients 6 oz. cream cheese, softened1 tbsp. brown sugar1/2 tsp. powdered ginger1 tbsp. red wine vinegar1 cup raspberries, crushed Directions In a small bowl combine cream cheese, brown sugar, ginger and vinegar. Blend until smooth. Stir in raspberries and refrigerate. Serve as a dip or a dressing for fresh fruit. Makes 1-1/4 cups.
