SPINACH CASSEROLE


SPINACH CASSEROLE

Add artichokes, sour cream, and parmesan cheese to make a yummy spinach/artichoke dip for parties.
INGREDIENTS
2 pkgs chopped frozen spinach
eggs, beaten
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 c Duke's mayonaise
1 c sharp cheddar, shredded
1/2 onion, finely chopped
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook and drain spinach.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
