It's almost salsa making time , So here is my recipe for salsa ,Hope you enjoy .
Kelly's salsa recipe
From ;empty nest farm

20lb tomato's
10 to 12 bell peppers any color
8 to 10 lg sweet onion's
10 to 12 hot peppers as hot or as miled as you like
5 to 6 fresh lemon jucied
4 lime's jucied
1 to 2 bunches of cilantro choped fine
12 to 15 Tomatillo's
5 col garlic
salt
pepper
and some times I add the salsa spice mix 4 to 5 pak
and about 2 cups vinegar
dice all and mix together ,put in to a lg cooker ,cook til a good boil for 5 min,
put in hot jars to 1/2 head space ,clean top of jar ,put lid and ring on ,
wb for 35 min.
