Pan-fry Chicken Wings with Mint and Strawberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS
8 pcs. U.S. chicken mid joint wings
2 tbsp. corn starch

Marinade
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1/4 tsp. white pepper powder

Sauce
6 pcs. strawberry (diced)
2 stalks mint leaves (chopped)
4 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic (chopped)

DIRECTIONS
1. Rinse chicken wings, marinade and set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Mix all sauce material and set aside.
3. Pat the chicken mid-joint wings with corn starch powder and fry both sides until cooked and golden, transfer to a plate.
4. Pour the mint and strawberry sauce mixture over the chicken wings and serve.
