Three simple steps to mastering the (extremely) easy art of the rolled sandwich.
Say hello to your new go-to dinner: the rollwich. We’ve taken seven popular sandwiches and made them even better by wrapping their signature ingredients in pizza dough and baking to create a feed-the-whole-family sammie. Three easy steps are all it takes to get a fun new dinner on the table tonight.

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll 1 container of Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough (classic or artisan varieties work best) on the cookie sheet. Starting at the center, press the dough into a 15x10-inch rectangle.

Step 2: Add the Fillings

Spread the fillings evenly over the pizza dough, being sure to leave a 1-inch border uncovered.

Step 3: Roll & Bake

Starting on the 15-inch side, roll up the dough tightly. Pinch the edges of the dough to seal; turn the ends under. Arrange the roll diagonally on the cookie sheet, seam-side down. Bake as directed in the recipe.
