4-6 boneless chicken breasts
2-3 c. crushed Ritz crackers 1-2 sticks melted butter
Dip boneless chicken in beaten eggs. Coat evenly with Ritz crackers. Place in baking dish. Pour melted butter over chicken evenly and bake until golden and crisp, about 30-40 minutes at 375°F or until chicken breast temperature reaches 160°F on thermometer.
