BISQUICK CHICKEN POT PIE

This chicken pot pie tastes just like the one Grandma used to make — but it won't take you all day! If you're craving a little comfort, whip up this Bisquick chicken pot pie.
Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen veggies, thawed
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, or 1 can chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine veggies, chicken and soup in a glass pie dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the Bisquick, milk and egg.
  4. Pour Bisquick mixture over veggie mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
